默认 wkhtmltopdf 是开启了缩放功能，而且默认会有边距 10m，因此在这里需要加入 一下参数
wkhtmltopdf --disable-smart-shrinking -B 0mm -L 0mm -R 0mm -T 0mm http://paper.0x96.com/#/ 0x96.pdf
中文乱码的问题主要是因为字体的问题
使用 windows里的宋体复制C:\Windows\Fonts\simsun.ttc(宋体)
上传到服务器/usr/share/fonts/里/usr/share/fonts/chinese/TrueType/simsun.ttc
html 加入
